Description: Level I Yoga

Students will receive all of the benefits of yoga practice including strength, flexibility, and peace of mind, while focusing on basic alignment techniques and incorporating the breath.  Class typically begins with a centering to focus on the breath and practice being present, followed by warm-ups. The practice contains stretching, balancing, strengthening and opening postures. Class slows down with cooling postures and leads into savasana or deep relaxation pose.

*This is the only level taught at Souled Out Yoga, but all yogis are welcome. There are modifications and variations for each pose!

July Schedule

Mondays 6pm-7pm

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Fridays 12pm - 1pm

Saturdays 8:30am & 10am

Payment

Flat rate fee of $12 per class

($48 for 4-week registration, $60 for 5-week)
